Parents please submit your Annual Proof of Residency if you have not already submitted it for SY 22/23. I still have many residency forms pending. I am missing either the proof of residency or verification forms. Please submit by September 15th, 2022.

District English Learner Advisory Counsel DELAC

We are so excited to have more and more parents supporting our classrooms! Please connect with your child’s teacher or speak with Dalia at our front office to sign up. Here are some details for you to know:
Volunteer 1-2 days weekly requires: Negative TB Test Results (every 4 years), COVID Vax Card or negative Test Result w/in 24 hours, Present ID and Raptor System (in office)
Volunteer 3 or more days weekly requires: Negative TB Test Results (every 4 years), COVID Vax Card or negative Test Result w/in 24 hours, Present ID and Raptor System (in office), FingerPrint Background Check
Birthday Book Club!!
Dear Parents,
We’re proud to present to you The Birthday Book Club for 2022-2023! We are trying to raise up to $2,500.00 for our Heritage library, that is in need of new and popular books. Please go to https://www.btsb.com/sosl/heritageelemschool/ and select a book of your choice and donate $25.00 (or more if desired). The book you choose will have your child’s donation name plate on the inside cover of the book, he/she will be the first to check it out, a picture of your child with that book will be placed in the announcement glass cases (outside the front office inside the school) and receive a birthday goodie bag on their birthday!!
Please help us build our library with highly requested books from our Birthday Book Club wish list online.

Please continue to keep your child at home if they are exhibiting symptoms like: cough, soar throat, congested or runny nose, headaches, new loss of taste or smell.
Help our community stay safe and COVID free. We need to look out for one another by keeping sick children at home. If your child has a chronic medical condition such as Asthma, please use this link and have your student’s doctor fill it out so they are not sent home. (Chronic Medical Condition Form)

- Carefully review the CVESD COVID-19 Guidelines linked above.
- Report Positive COVID-19 Cases to Yanuen Romero at Yanuen.Romero@cvesd.org or call the front office at (619) 421-7080 to report a positive COVID case AND parents should report positive test results via the Positive Test Reporting Link (office.com).
- Students will not be allowed back to class without proof of a negative COVID test result.
- Negative COVID test results should be sent to covtest4@cvesd.org AND to Yanuen Romero at Yanuen.Romero@cvesd.org.
