As we approach the much-awaited Spring Break, We would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you for your hard work and perseverance throughout this academic year. Your dedication and commitment to your studies have been commendable, and we are proud of each one of you.
As you embark on your well-deserved break, we encourage you to take some time off from your studies and engage in activities that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Spend quality time with family and friends, explore new places or simply relax at home.

From the HEALTH OFFICE
If your child has COVID-like symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and/or diarrhea they will need to provide proof of a negative COVID test to remain in school.
Those with symptoms can return with a negative COVID test, no fever for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication, and symptoms improving. Students do not need to be symptom-free to attend school.
Heritage Health Office needs donations of clean clothes to have on hand for children who need to change clothes. If you have any clean children’s shorts or sweatpants that you no longer need, please bring to the health office. We are also accepting donations of new, packaged socks and underwear for this same purpose.
Reminders
- No Dogs are allowed on campus. This is a Chula Vista Elementary School District Rule.
- No Parking in the Bus Loop or in the Staff Parking. This area is designated for staff, busses and emergency vehicles.
